What personal information do we collect?
We collect information such as your name, email, phone, ID documents, business license data, and device/browser data.
Do we collect sensitive data?
Yes. With your consent, we may collect passport copies, Emirates IDs, and trade licenses as part of KYC compliance.
Do we collect data from third parties?
No. All information is collected directly from you.
Why do we process your data?
To manage your service requests, process UAE company formation, assist with RAKEZ/Free Zone submissions, and comply with law.
Do we share your data?
Yes, only with authorized regulatory bodies, trusted hosting providers, and third parties under legal obligations.
How do we secure your data?
With encryption, secure data centers, and access control. Still, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We collect personal information including full name, nationality, email address, phone number, passport and Emirates ID, visa/residency documents, business trade license and ownership structure, and uploaded legal documents and forms. We also collect payment data (transaction reference numbers and payment status) and automatically collected information such as IP address, browser, device ID, usage logs, session timestamps, referral URL and location (approximate).
We process data to register and verify user accounts, assist with license processing and renewal, submit KYC documentation to UAE regulators, communicate updates and reminders, respond to support inquiries, detect fraud or abuse of our platform, and fulfill legal obligations (RAKEZ, AML).
We only process your information when we have a valid legal reason: Consent (e.g., when submitting forms or documents), Contractual (e.g., when using our platform to start a business), Legal Obligation (e.g., regulatory compliance KYC, AML), and Legitimate Interest (e.g., maintaining system security, analytics).
We may share data with RAKEZ or other UAE licensing authorities, third-party service providers (e.g., cloud storage, hosting, payment), and legal and compliance partners (where required). All data sharing is governed by UAE laws and strict contractual confidentiality.
Yes. We use cookies to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, and measure usage and performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your experience.
No. Vacanzy does not support login through social media platforms.
Yes. Some data may be processed or stored outside the UAE in secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS). We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption and standard contractual clauses to ensure compliance.
Business documents are retained for 6 years (legal requirement), admin access logs for 2 years, deleted accounts are purged after 60 days, and support communications are kept up to 1 year.
We use encrypted storage and transmission, role-based access restrictions, secure cloud infrastructure, audit logs and access monitoring, and periodic security reviews. Despite these measures, no system is immune to risk. Always use strong passwords and access our platforms securely.
No. Vacanzy services are for users 18 years and older. If we discover data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
Depending on your country, you may access or request a copy of your data, request corrections or updates, request data deletion (unless legally restricted), withdraw consent for processing, and lodge a complaint with UAE's Data Office. To exercise any rights, contact: support@vacanzy.co
Our site does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals due to lack of industry standard. You can control tracking preferences via your browser or cookie settings.
Yes. UAE users can request what data we have about them, why it's being processed, with whom it's been shared, and a copy or deletion of their data (subject to legal constraints). All requests can be made by email: support@vacanzy.co
